Our properties come with high end 6-7 man hot tubs allowing you to relax and star gaze in the evenings.
Social Spaces
We like to provide communal living spaces where our guests can hang out, cook and eat together. All our properties have a open plan communal living spaces.

My sister and I had a fabulous time at Station Hall. The hot tub in particular was amazing, it was well set up so that it can be used in all weathers and we certainly took advantage of that. The beaches in the surrounding area are beautiful and there are lots of things to do. The Caretaker Gareth was on hand for any queries you may have. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t fault it, equipped with everything we needed, plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Fantastic dining table for everyone to sit around telling tales of the day. Comfy beds, great bathrooms, hot tub was very welcome as were the bath robes provided. Thanks to housekeeper for communications. Would definitely recommend the house and Filey. Already booked again for next year!

We only use the top end fixtures and fittings in our properties. Our showers are hot and powerful. Our appliances are premium branded. Our broadband is ultra-fast. You get the picture.
Luxury Items
We aim to provide a 5 star experience for our guests offering little touches like luxury hand soap, shower gel and conditioner as well as bath robes and spa slippers as standard.
